ROLE OF THE COMPANY
Devising an online EHR coding service (diagnoses, problems, treatment, medicine, procedures) based on advanced semantic analysis techniques, business rules based on clinical knowledge and SNOMED CT as a reference terminology to code healthcare cases and clinical records. Signatory: MOTA LOPEZ, ENRIQUE. Receipt signed by the electronic register of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism with a certificate issued by CA Public Administration, serial no.
The solution put forward proposes the development of a new automated coding service using clinical rules, machine learning technique and artificial intelligence that works when the care is recorded, thus enabling consultants to participate in the validation of the result or mark cases in which the automatic process must be complemented by a review by coding experts. This will improve decision-making support processes at the point of care and optimise aspects related to care continuity and financial management. For online coding to be efficient, entering standardised data in the HER must be intuitive (without the need for visible codes), faster, more precise and more complete than entering free text to encourage professionals to use it and not create extra work.
