THE CHALLENGE

BBVA had the need to carry out an integration project that would customized campaigns for a target audience, bringing together all the functionalities in single platform.

SalesForce is selected as the best solution for this job.

In view of the bank’s need to start a project with a new tool unknown until now, Indizen is asked to perform a 0 sprint for the combination of SalesForce with a real cloud computing.

The business strategy proposed by Indizen causes the beginning of the collaboration of SalesForce with BBVA.

THE RESULT

Given the success of sprint 0, it was decided to initiate the following phases within the Cloud Marketing platform:

  • üPhase 1: Migration of the commercial plan (proactive campaigns) 
  • üPhase 2: Definition of standardization processes for reactive campaigns
  • üPhase 3: Definition of Predictive Intelligence use
The success of Cloud Marketing at BBVA means that the organization is beggining to work with the rest of the applications that SalesForce provides.
