The aim of the project is to provide the nuclear industry with a comprehensive risk analysis platform in nuclear power stations by implementing tools to generate dynamic event trees (DET), so that the current probabilistic safety assessment (PSA) techniques are expanded with the introduction of a new methodology that integrates the calculation of parametric and temporary uncertainties in risk analysis techniques.

SUMMARY

The project will make it possible to address and develop:
– New calculation methods within the framework of ISA methodology
– New techniques to define temporal and parametric uncertainties in the same framework
– The necessary software (analysis of temporal and parametric uncertainties)
– A set of tools and simulators of a centrally-used interface
